From Seattle comes Gabriel Teodros, member of the crew Abyssinian Creole, with his debut solo album entitled 'Lovework' on Mass Line Media (when not counting in his self-released 'Sun To A Recycled Soul' from 2001). Teodros has been rockin stages alongside Zap Mama, KRS-One and GZA/Genius. Most production on here is handled by Amos Miller, Specs One, Kitone and Moka Only, who did the track 'No Label'. Album drops February 27.

In 2003, Shapeshifter Awol One released a 7" with Canadian producer Factor called 'Try'. Now, four years later, the duo returns with a full album entitled 'Only Death Can Kill You'. BR Gunna's Black Milk is back with a new album, his first on Fat Beats. 'Popular Demand' contains lush raps and energetic funky and soulful productions Milk is known for since his productions for Slum Village, and later Lloyd Banks, Pharoahe Monch and Canibus. First single of the album is 'Sound The Alarm' feat Guilty Simpson (Jan 16). The album drops March 13.

Aargh, while we uttered little shouts of joy with the re-issue of Scientifik's 'Criminal', we're over the moon with the news of his second album (formerly only a demo) 'The Most Blunted' being issued officially on Traffic Ent. Here, Boston's late great rapper and Ed O.G. (who's executive producer of this album) affiliate teams up with Vinyl Reanimators' DJ/producer Joe Mansfield and left us 10 tracks, recorded in 1996, to bang our head to. Release date: Nov 21.
